Drew Christman, Esq. RSA

President

Drew Christman is the founding President of MSM and actively represents client-athletes in addition to overseeing all other athlete representation in the firm. Drew was also the founding partner of Christman Kelley & Clarke, PC, the law firm that owns a majority interest in MSM. Drew's experience in the entertainment law sector provides a valuable backdrop of expertise in contract negotiation and marketing. Drew represents a number of musicians, Hollywood directors, and film producers in contract drafting, capital acquisition, business negotiations, record deals, publishing deals, licensing, and more.

Drew founded Christman, Kelley & Clarke in 2009 after practicing as a partner with Gidiere Hinton Herndon & Christman in Alabama for seven years. Prior to joining Gidiere, Hinton, Herndon & Christman, Drew served as an Assistant Attorney General of Alabama under Bill Pryor from 1999-2002. Drew's experience as a prosecutor, civil litigator, and general counsel to State administrative boards and agencies honed his skills in the courtroom and in the boardroom.

This experience was further enhanced and broadened over the next seven years in private practice representing some of the largest private corporations and insurance companies in the United States. Such clients include Travelers Insurance, State Farm Insurance Companies, CVS, Best Buy, Yum! Foods (Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken), Hyundai Motor Manufacturing of America, and others. As a litigator and commercial attorney, Drew has negotiated numerous multi-million dollar contracts, deals, and settlements in addition to appearing multiple times before highest state and federal courts.

Drew grew up in Sherman, Texas and completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A & M University. While at Texas A & M, Drew was the co-founder of the Gamma Chapter of Beta Upsilon Chi, America's largest Christian social fraternity. Drew graduated cum laude from Regent University School of Law in 1999. During law school, Drew received the law school's top trial practice award and scholarship as well as the Academic Merit Scholarship.

Drew and his wife, Clarissa, have 2 boys, Cole and Austin. The Christman family is actively involved in their church, and local community. Drew has served on the Media-Communications Committee and the Board of Ethics for the City of Highland Village.

Dugan P. Kelley, Esq.

Senior Vice President

Dugan P. Kelley is a founding member of MSM and manages the firm's legal division with offices in Texas and California. Dugan helps manage MSM's corporate governance, business, and operational issues for both MSM's domestic and international operations. Dugan has extensive experience with high level negotiations in the context of contract formation, licensing agreements, collective bargaining, complex business transactions, rights for branding, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

In addition to handling complex legal and negotiation issues outside of litigation, Dugan also has an extensive litigation background to assist clients in enforcing or defending their contractual and tort rights.

Dugan has successfully obtained verdicts in excess of $50 million dollars and many more millions in settlements prior to trial. His legal expertise also includes conducting risk assessments for clients, and investigating, prosecuting, and defending charges in hearings before federal courts and administrative bodies. Dugan has repeatedly been selected as a ³Super Lawyer Rising Star² ‹ recognized as the best attorneys under age 40 for 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 in California.

Dugan remains the managing shareholder for Christman Kelley & Clarke, PC, a law firm with offices in Texas and California. Prior to founding MSM, Dugan was a partner with Cappello & Noel, one of the nation¹s foremost complex commercial litigation firms, in Santa Barbara, California. While at Cappello, Dugan successfully prosecuted and defended major commercial litigation involving a variety of commercial matters including lender liability, contract and transactional disputes, and fraud. In addition, for several years, Dugan was an adjunct law professor teaching fundamental legal skills, legal research and writing, and moot court to law students in the Orange County area. Dugan is currently an owner of a travel agency and has routinely provided consulting services in the travel, real-estate, and short-term employment services industries.

Dugan and his wife Michelle have 3 boys. His active lifestyle includes coaching, golfing, and contributing to his local church and community.

Mike Silvaggio, BS & RSA

Senior Vice President

Mike is a founding member of Meridian Sports Management, and a Former Student of Texas A&M University, where he was a graduate assistant football coach under Jackie Sherrill and RC Slocum. In the late 80's he turned his attention from coaching to enter the business world where he became a real estate investment, brokerage and development professional. He held a Nevada corporate brokerage license, conducting business throughout its tenure with an impeccable real estate transactional record. To date Mike has been involved and instrumental in negotiating and coordinating over seventy-five million dollars of commercial real estate investment acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and entitlement processing and construction loan transactions. He has represented high profile clients such as Prince Jeffrey / Sultan of Brunei, Masco Corp / Gale Industries, State of Ohio Teachers Pension Fund, Piccoli Ranch Partners, Lewis Homes of California & Nevada, as well as other national and regional entities. In 1996, he was awarded the distinguished Howard Hughes Properties "Deal Maker of the Year" Award. In early 2000 Mike designed, built and was co/owner of Fowl Play Gaming Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas Nevada. His ownership interest required applying for and holding a "Privileged" Nevada limited gaming license. Such licenses are only granted by the State of Nevada Gaming Commission to qualified applicants after a thorough and comprehensive State and Federal back ground investigation.

Mike is the founder and a co/partner of Landcore Development & Construction Company, located in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Mike and his wife Tina along with their son and daughter live in a Northwest suburb of Dallas, Texas. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, church, traveling, and continues to coach youth sports.

Brittany N. Davis

Director of Marketing & Endorsements

Brittany N. Davis is the Director of Marketing & Endorsements for MSM. Brittany is originally from Baltimore, Maryland where she spent 6 years as an Event Planner within the Marketing Department for Baltimore Magazine. Her attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, and creative thinking made her a success within the industry.

After moving to Dallas, Texas in December of 2009, Brittany began her own consulting company catering to a variety of clients. While each client approached her with unique needs, the overall end result was the same. Brittany successfully created a brand identity, set up an individual marketing and advertising plan, and enabled her clients to succeed in a challenging economy.

Brittany is an avid sports enthusiast, a well-rounded marketing professional, and dedicated volunteer to various non-profit organizations.

Matt Clarke, Esq.

Senior Vice President, California

Matt Clarke is a founding member of the California office of Meridian Sports Management.  Matt's clients regularly describe him using three words:  Loyalty, integrity and effectiveness.  His ability to carefully structure a deal for the benefit of his client comes from years of seeing how badly drafted agreements and bad strategies unravel in the courtroom.  Litigating complex deals that have gone wrong has given Matt a particularly valuable insight into how to do it right for his clients - the first time around.  Matt's awareness of the pitfalls and soft spots in a deal ahead of time is an advantage over his competitors.

Matt is a seasoned attorney, licensed in both California and Texas.  He has fifteen years of legal experience and is the head of the litigation department of Christman, Kelley & Clarke.  He has expertise in complex legal matters and has achieved more than $100 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients.  Matt has extensive experience in drafting, analyzing and litigating contract issues, intellectual property, and insurance and lending, among other topics.  He has extensive experience advising and counseling businesses, large and small, business owners and individuals in the full range of legal issues they regularly face.

In 2009, Matt was selected a "Super Lawyer Rising Star," and was recognized as one of the best attorneys under age 40 in California.  Matt was previously a partner at Cappello & Noel, one of the nation’s foremost complex commercial litigation firms, in Santa Barbara, California.  While at Cappello, Matt's longest trial lasted eleven months and resulted in a multi-million dollar judgment in a construction defect case.  He has also tried cases for plaintiffs and defendants involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, real estate and other business transactions, large investments and valuable intellectual property.  This includes a jury verdict of more than $40 million against defendants represented by a major international law firm.
